Program Coordination Serve as Person in Charge for assigned Food Market shifts at either location, directing staff and volunteers, adjusting daily workflow and coverage, addressing immediate participant-service and safety concerns, and escalating significant issues to the Manager. Develop and maintain weekly schedules for operations/back-of-house staff within established staffing plans; coordinate routine and same-day coverage changes; and escalate changes affecting staffing levels, regular schedules, service hours, or multiple sites to the Manager.
