Hold a valid, unencumbered license issued by the State Board of Nursing; Eligible for approval by Board as Instructor for Medical-Surgical, OB, Pediatrics, Mental Health, Community Health, or Geriatrics; Master's degree from an accredited college or university that includes course work in nursing, education, or administration, and academic preparation for the subject they teach to be considered as Assignment Faculty; BSN and currently enrolled in a Master's program may be considered for a Clinical Teaching Assistant; Minimum four-years' experience, with one year in the last five years, as a registered nurse providing direct patient care.
