Experience with basic machine shop tools and machines such as hand and power tools, industrial sewing machines, load cells, pressure gauges, etc.
· Knowledge of safety practices in an industrial environment
· Knowledge in 14 CFR Part 101 (Moored Balloons, Kites, Amateur Rockets, Unmanned Free Balloons, and Unmanned Rocket Operations)
· Ability to perform in high pressure situations in dangerous gaseous environments
· Ability to perform strenuous physical activities including walking, climbing, bending, and lifting 50lbs or more
Bonus Points
· Prior experience in the Stratospheric Balloon Launch/Recovery/Command and Control Industry
· Flight Operations Background
· Possess advanced ISR/Sensor qualification with a minimum of 500 hours documented time on targets in a live or simulated environment
· Ability to obtain a Class A Commercial Drivers License and Hazmat endorsement

Role Responsibilities
· Participate in all aspects of the balloon Launch/Recovery/Command and Control Process
· Regular maintenance of ground support equipment and vehicles
· Manage work records, vehicle maintenance and repair logs, inspection forms, checklists, and processes
· Participate and perform duties beyond the core scope of the role, including tasks unrelated to primary responsibilities, as directed by management.
