p>• Plan, develop and execute test procedures for flight hardware • Execute daily test operations, operate test consoles, direct technician work and coordinate with internal customers • Apply direct experience to vehicle test planning and execution of Vehicle Functional and Performance Testing • Work with the design and systems engineers to plan tests of the integrated vehicle and subsystems, ensuring the tests are designed to verify the pertinent requirements • Troubleshoot issues and anomalies that arise during testing • Reduce, analyze, and archive test data to support verification tasks • Support anomaly resolution, root-cause investigations, and corrective action implementation • Assist in the development and refinement of test procedures, test setups, and ground support equipment • Find opportunities for safety improvements and cost savings • Proactively prepare status updates and communicate both within the organization and with direct customers • Work independently to determine and develop approaches to solutions • Support test readiness reviews, shift handovers, and real-time test operations • Manage procedural redlines and updates during test campaigns • Enforce safety policies during test planning and operations. • Bachelors degree in aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, physics, or related technical discipline • 2+ years of experience supporting electrical test, integration, or verification of spacecraft, launch vehicles, satellites, or complex aerospace systems • Hands-on experience with spacecraft electrical systems, including avionics, power distribution, cables, sensors, or communications hardware • Experience executing formal test procedures and documenting test results • Excellent verbal, written, and graphical communication skills • Experience reading and writing code in C/C++, MATLAB/Simulink, Python, or other languages • Experience working collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment • Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion • Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and travel to support business needs.
