Experience with advanced engineering studies and calculations (lighting, grounding studies, Arc flash, AC & DC load studies, volt-drop, lightning studies and protection) Experience with HV and MV Physical Electrical Design for medium to large scale utility substations including Electrical Layout, Design and Specification for: DC Systems, Station Service, Battery, DC Panels and Switchgear, Chargers, ATS, MTS AC Systems, AC Station Service, AC Panels and Switchgear, AC Transformer Auxiliary Power. In this role, the qualified individual will be expected to: Perform conceptual and detailed HV and MV Substation Physical/Electrical design for medium to large scale utilities/substations (including basic layout, electrical arrangement, one line, three line drawings, plan-section, grounding, AC and DC system drawings) Review, analyze and execute complex technical studies and project scopes.
