Master’s degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or related STEM discipline from an institutionally accredited college or university; Three (3) years of industry management and leadership experience; Five (5) years of project management work experience; Two (2) years managing significant projects from initiation through closure; Active Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) or commitment to obtain certification within 1 year of hire; Experience with project management and other collaborative workflow software applications, including Microsoft Project and the Microsoft Office Suite; Experience creating and delivering project management content in a learning environment; and. Doctorate degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or related STEM discipline from an institutionally accredited college or university; Experience teaching at a community college and/or the freshman and sophomore levels; Experience with eLearning methodologies, including web-enhanced, blended, and/or hybrid instruction; and.
