This DL will assist in developing creative approaches to the planning, design and delivery of water reuse, drinking water, and/or wastewater projects in California during both the pursuit and delivery phase of projects. The DL role also works alongside the Water Reuse strategy team to grow the firm's technical luminescence in the industry. Prepares and reviews proposals as part of technical review team for adherence to firm, industry, state, local and federal regulations, and best practices. Meets with current and potential future clients as needed to review their current and future project needs.</li><li>Performs and coordinates with designated team members for quality checking of documents for compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Ensures that firm policies and practices are followed.</li><li>Attends and presents at conferences, symposia, etc. to contribute to the technical luminescence and visibility of the firm's products and services in collaboration with PLs, DLs, and sales staff.</li><li>Provides technical guidance and training to senior, mid-level and junior staff working on reuse projects. Mentors staff and develops them for future growth within the discipline and firm.
