About the Job: In collaboration with the Unit Director and as a member of the nursing leadership team, the Clinical Teacher identifies the educational needs for the staff on assigned unit and implements and evaluates educational strategies designed to meet those needs. Assess the learning needs of unit-based staff and design, implement and evaluate teaching/learning strategies to meet identified gaps in knowledge and skills.

Develops specialized knowledge within an assigned operational area (e.g., revenue cycle, inpatient, ambulatory) while ensuring solutions align with organizational workflows and Epic best practices. An Associate's degree with two additional years of related experience or a high school diploma/GED with four additional years of related experience may substitute for the bachelor's degree.
