This role will be responsible for project-related services to support a business unit or division within the organization including, but not limited to, portfolio management, governance, operational project support, risk management, and human resources utilization. PDS system design and implementation to include active PDS evaluation for each team member with regular feedback sessions between team member and manager, overall grid rating for each team member, 360 degree feedback program.
