Supervise Quality Control staff and ensure timely file reviews prior to closingReview loan files for compliance with underwriting, investor, and regulatory guidelinesEnsure disclosures are issued within required timelinesTrack, log, and communicate loan errors in Encompass LOSPrepare weekly and monthly QC reports for leadershipManage external QC vendor audits and analyze defect trendsOversee NMLS licensing, continuing education, and company renewalsMaintain company policies and support regulatory training programsOversee appraisal management via Mercury NetworkServe as a MERS Signing Officer and manage related requirementsFile required Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs). Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)7–10 years of mortgage industry experience (QC, underwriting, compliance, or audit)Extensive knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, and TRIDAdvanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, trend analysis)Proficiency with Encompass LOSStrong attention to detail, judgment, and regulatory mindsetMust be able to work full time in our Fort Mitchell, KY Office.
