At least 1 year of experience designing underground utilities, including designing, drafting, and analyzing plan and profile drawings for distribution design, civil roadway, or utility construction projects using AutoCAD or Civil 3D. The Civil Project Engineer will design underground electrical distribution lines and review and analyze vendor civil drawings, identify underground conflicts, plan routes, and generate plan and profile drawings.
