Serve as primary point-of-contact and subject matter resource for "T&E Drawing Documents" inquiries, submittals, and appropriate processing, which may include: * Provide on-going support, document coordination and communication for projects contracted to external A&E firms, Project Management Teams, Design Teams, Transmission Field (TF) Org and other relevant parties, shepherding project designs between appropriate design team and applicable vendor, validating timely responses and distributions. The role is responsible for updating and maintaining work plans and project information related to the availability of printed project materials; assignment, maintenance, and recordkeeping of vehicles and test equipment; scanning and submitting record revisions following project completion; and coordinating the resources and materials needed to maintain current production schedules.
