Proactively generate new business opportunities within the designated territory ā¢ Continuously expand knowledge of the industry trends, new products, services, and broker practices ā¢ Conduct thorough analysis, planning, and implementation of products and services tailored to meet client needs ā¢ Stay informed about competitors initiatives and analyze potential competitive threats ā¢ Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of all services provided to assigned clients ā¢ Schedule and conduct regular meetings with clients to address questions and concerns during the implementation phase ā¢ Collect and analyze data to provide strategic guidance on products, services, marketing, sales, and other business areas ā¢ Prepare concise and impactful executive summaries for client presentations ā¢ Develop lead generation strategies and effectively use CRM (Salesforce) to track activities ā¢ Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas ā¢ Complete and submit accurate new business paperwork, expense reports, and weekly activity reports by the deadlines set by management ā¢ Participate in monthly consulting meetings and provide training and coaching to other team members ā¢ Frequent domestic travel will be required to attend team onsite meetings, client visits, customer events, industry conferences, and training sessions. ā¢ Interpersonal skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships and communicate effectively with employees, managers, clients, and external vendors ā¢ Negotiation: Skilled in negotiation, conflict resolution, and influencing without authority ā¢ Cultural sensitivity: Communicate with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds demonstrating cultural awareness and sensitivity ā¢ Verbal and written communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for executive-level reporting, cross-functional coordination, and team leadership ā¢ Presentation skills: Ability to present to internal stakeholders, external partners, and senior leadership ā¢ Environmental conditions: Primarily an indoor office environment, with occasional exposure to moderate noise levels and various settings.
