Provide leadership, establish and maintain effective, cooperative working relationships, while communicating concisely to convey information to operators, persons within the general public (including those from culturally diverse backgrounds, the elderly, persons with disabilities and/or other populations) and other agency personnel. Respond to the constant changing needs in relation to operation coverage, on minimal notice, which may include equipment failures or malfunctions in the field, route coverage during breakdowns, handing passenger issues, advisement of detours, weather conditions and related uncontrollable events, that may impact passenger services.
