p>Key Responsibilities: - Lead the coordination and maintenance of site-wide training programs which may include, but not limited to OJT, site annual training plan, development plan tracking for hourly team members, new hire and transfers/ promotion training for hourly unionized employees.

The Training Supervisor, reporting to the HR Manager, is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of employee training programs for hourly unionized employees and supporting salaried training as needed.
