Maintenance duties include but are not limited to: Plumbing, Electrical, Appliance repair, Air handler and general HVAC maintenance, Lock changes, Apartment turnovers, Preventative maintenance, Installation and repair of window coverings, doors, cabinets, light fixtures, etc; Ensure timely and accurate completion of all resident service requests: Ensure all resident service requests are completed in a professional and timely manner and all requests are addressed within 24 hours. Ability to conduct property tours and inspections including but not limited to walking through hallways, stairwells, leasing offices, common areas, and vacant or occupied apartment homes.
