You will serve as the first point of escalation ensuring support is easily accessible in a timely fashion; You will participate in the identification, development, design, and implementation of nursing educational programs to support clinical excellence and determine success measures and evaluate the effectiveness of these programs to promote ongoing staff development as well as patient and customer satisfaction.
