Works collaboratively with Director, Associate Directors, Assistant Directors, Program Managers, Hall Directors, and Administrative Staff in Residence Education and other permanent staff in Housing to ensure proper communication and alignment related to recruitment, hiring, selection, and training of student leaders. Specifically, the Training Specialist works under the direction of the Assistant Director of Student Staff Training and Selection to support the recruitment, selection, and training for over 300 undergraduate and graduate student leaders who serve in student leadership roles in the residential communities.
