Two years of experience as a probation or parole officer, or in counseling, psychology, social work, education, criminal justice, or administrative services plus a master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, education, business administration, public administration, or a criminal justice field. Perform special managerial functions which may include, but are not limited to, assignment of cases, investigations, intake services, and coordination and liaison with criminal justice agencies, community service agencies, community bases and residential facilities.
