You will organize and manage a wide range of facility and programmatic functions, such as operations and maintenance, facility upgrades, and external outreach activities in support of diverse programmatic activities such as explosives development, experimentation, environmental and engineering testing of components, advanced manufacturing, and diagnostic development activities. Expert verbal and written communication, technical, leadership, interpersonal and collaboration skills necessary to effectively present, explain, and advise senior management, external sponsors, regulators, reviewers, and stakeholders and oversee a wide variety of programmatic activities.
