Maintain a close working relationship with supply chain, operations business leaders, and R&D leadership teams to support their strategic growth objectives and identify and implement cost-savings and efficiency opportunities for gross margin improvement. You will partner closely with the global sourcing, supply chain, marketing, and research & development teams to implement procurement strategies, drive year-over-year cost reduction, enable growth opportunities, mitigate supply risk, and increase operational efficiency.

Oversee and manage Product Teams (may have multiple reports including Product Manager and Senior Product Manager levels) for the sourcing, marketing, product development, sales support and financial growth of multiple product categories. Provide subject matter expertise for complex, generally more established product lines, largest divisional product lines, or multiple product categories.
