p>Responsible for generating and maintaining training reports, completion data, overdue training reports, participation summaries, learning activity reports, and other analytics needed to support Corporate HR, site HR, training coordinators, managers, and leadership. Responsible for supporting Corporate Learning and Development initiatives, including leadership development programs, manager training, compliance training, employee training, micro-learnings, onboarding-related learning, and other enterprise learning priorities.
