In this role, you’ll support employee benefits and leave programs including FMLA, disability, accommodations, and absence management, while partnering with HR, payroll, vendors, and employees to help deliver a strong employee experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of HR, benefits, leave administration, payroll, or employee support experience who wants exposure to Total Rewards, employee benefits, leave management, and compliance in a fast-paced corporate environment — no degree required.
