Maintain safe practices; and. High school diploma or equivalent, associate’s degree preferred; minimum five (5) years of administrative assistant experience, preferably at an executive level and interacting with governing boards; or equivalent combination of education and experience. The work environment includes flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noise, as well as exposure to non-weather related wet, humid, extreme heat and extreme cold conditions .
