Responsible for accurate scheduling/re-scheduling/cancellations of patient visits; including clinic appointments (in person and telehealth), treatments such as(chemotherapy and/or radiation therapy), surgeries, procedures and/or ancillary services using extensive knowledge of appointment types, locations, providers and specialties.
