Coordinate meetings with program leaders and regional staff (as needed) to review data collection, implementation of strategies, and fidelity checklists, when applicable, supervise the implementation of PBSP's by reviewing files, observing implementation, and providing feedback to ensure that behavior management strategies are widely understood, case exemplars.[ are reviewed, and appropriate IEPs are being developed for children requiring this level of support. Write and complete comprehensive Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs) for children recommended for behavioral assessment, develop PBSPs that include replacement behaviors, antecedent controls, and consequence strategies for each child as appropriate, and hypothesize the function of behavior through direct and indirect observation, and review completed FBA's and PBSP's from outside providers for fidelity and validity, provide consultation and feedback as needed.
