p>The Program Administrator will continually assess and direct a wide range of programmatic issues including long range planning, recruiting trainees, onboarding trainees, developing projects, analyzing administrative workflow, maintaining databases, communicating with faculty and trainees regarding a range of issues, developing faculty and managing internal and external program relations. Supporting HCA Healthcare's 186 hospitals and 2,400+ sites of care, Physician Services plays a crucial role as the main entry point for patients looking for high-quality healthcare within the HCA Healthcare system.
