The Learning and Development Trainer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs to educate our employees, customers, and school partners on the Stride/K12 products, academic programming, and other services, including interactive workshops, product support assets, and improving online training modules. · Conduct virtual and/or on-site training sessions for various audiences, including teachers, administrators, existing employees, customers, and partners, to ensure they have a deep understanding of our products (features, functionalities, pedagogy, etc.) as well as the K12 academic framework and other services.
