The teacher will implement best practice strategies in the classroom while recognizing individual instructional needs as well as ABA teaching strategies and center teaching; provide accommodations and modifications to curriculum and materials to meet students' needs; communicate effectively with team members and parents; follow through on behavioral strategies and interventions that are driven by the students' Individualized Education Program (IEP) and/or Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP); and perform other responsibilities as assigned. Must be able to exercise initiative, independent judgment, and discretion in performing duties, while maintaining confidentiality when necessary Reports to: Board Secretary/Business Administrator Job Goal: To assist and relieve the Board Secretary/Business Administrator in the completion and processing of documents and other items related to the efficient operation of the Business Office.
