Assist escrow officers to facilitate closing process to include coordination and communication between all parties to transaction, obtain and/or prepare all closing documents necessary to effectuate settlement, prepare the closing statement, lender, attorney, seller and or purchaser documents as necessary and allowed by local, state, and federal law.
