Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)

Record evaluations, daily treatment notes, weekly progress notes, recertification documentation, per Occupational Therapy Board State Practice Act and governmental and third party payer requirements. Recommend and facilitate the ordering of necessary durable medical equipment for patients to facilitate independence in mobility; i.e., braces, walkers, canes, elevated toilet seats and grab bars.

Occupation Therapist - PRN

Work alongside Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, Occupational Therapists, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants, Speech-Language Pathologists, nursing staff, and physicians to provide exceptional resident care. Peninsula Post Acute is a premier short-term rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility dedicated to helping residents recover, regain independence, and return to their highest level of function.
