p>Responsibilities include: • Design new as well as update Rest API and Kafka event Services • Define endpoints, data formats, and authentication methods, while also considering factors like security, performance, and best practices • Understand business requirements and translate them to API Design • Build integration solution with IBM MDM AE product, Mongo DB and Kafka • Implement API design best practices and use modern API design patterns • Support technical planning, estimation, development, testing and UAT support • Participate in production incident analysis and issue resolution • Work in Agile environment using JIRA and Confluence tools.
