Job Title: RN - MedSurg/Tele Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 18 months Med-Surg/Telemetry RN experience License: Required RN license Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - General Med/Tele skillset - Stroke experience - Cardiac rhythm interpretation - Trach care - PIV starts - Chest tube management - NGT placement - Drain/tube management (Dobhoff, PEG tubes, Hemovac, JP drains, flexiseals, foley insertion/management, etc.) - PCA pump management - Medication gtt management, including cardiac drips, heparin, blood products, and IV fluids Description: We are seeking an experienced RN with a strong background in MedSurg/Telemetry. This position involves caring for patients with various diagnoses, including end-stage renal disease, fluid overload, sickle cell disease, diabetes mellitus, altered mental status, cellulitis, diabetic ulcers, pancreatitis, and behavioral health issues.
