KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Program & OKR Management Own the end-to-end OKR process for the technology organization, including planning, tracking, and reporting Establishand maintain consistent execution cadence (weekly, monthly, quarterly reviews) Build and manage dashboards that provide visibility into initiative status, risks, and dependencies Proactively identifydelivery risks and drive resolution across teams Project & Program Execution Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across engineering, product, operations, and external partners Drive project intake, prioritization, and tracking processes Facilitateprogram-level meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications Ensure documentation, timelines, and deliverables are consistently maintained Technology Operations & Governance Own and maintainthe organization's preferred vendor list, including tracking capabilities, usage, and performance Develop and manage a centralized technology catalog, including systems, ownership, integrations, and lifecycle status Support structured decision-making for build vs.
