Key Job Responsibilities
- The position requires negotiating and documenting various third-party contractual relationships, including non-disclosure agreements, equipment purchase agreements, manufacturing and services agreements, supply agreements, licensing agreements, amendments, work orders, and statements of work related to robotics hardware, software, and integration services.
- The successful candidate will possess the ability to work efficiently and independently; manage high volumes of contracts, purchase orders, and projects with little guidance; react with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require a quick response or turnaround; take effective action without having to know the total picture; and think creatively and be proactive in solving problems that affect people within the group or other related groups.
