strong>Job Summary: The Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls Engineer is responsible for developing, planning, and managing plant capital projects particularly as they relate to electrical, instrumentation and controls of chemical processes. Coordinate capital project changes using PSM tools such as Management of Change (MOC’s), Process Hazard Analysis (PHA’s), Pre-Start Up Safety Reviews (PSSR) and other related processes.
