Some exposure to basic PLC/HMI concepts and controls troubleshooting is helpful but not required; PLC programming is not expected for this role.* Experience with condition monitoring tools (vibration analysis, thermography) and mechanical reliability methods (FMEA, RCM).* Forklift, aerial lift, or rigging certification.*
