Required Skills/Education/Experience:The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and/or qualifications: Bachelors' degree in Engineering or a related fieldInjection Molding knowledge and experience in processing machines and supervision is requiredExperience working in a high volume manufacturing facility with error proofing software systems, preferably automotiveSpecific experience in manufacturing assembly and plastic joining technologies is required (i.e. sonic welding, vibration welding, heat staking).
