p>• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization • Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients • Skilled in designing and leading workshops, working groups, and interventions that spark engagement and action • Deep experience leading large-scale change and transformation in complex, global organizations • Advanced experience in utilizing technical fluency, including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relations, to enable on-demand access to shared pools of applications and services • Ability to think big, connect the dots, and design innovative solutions that drive real impact • Understand how to inspire and enable senior leaders to be visible, active champions of change • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; able to engage, influence, and inspire at all levels • Commitment to diversity, opportunity, and inclusion and able to connect and collaborate across cultures and teams • Strong project management skills, with a focus on delivering results in dynamic, fast-paced environments • Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities. • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions • Design, implement, and embed innovative change management strategies and frameworks that align with our vision, business priorities, and the needs of a diverse, global workforce • Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentum • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goals • Partner with senior leaders (leadership teams, CIO-2 leaders, Executive Directors, People Managers) to ignite their passion, build their change leadership capabilities, and empower them to drive transformation at scale • Create dynamic spaces for leaders and teams to connect, collaborate, and learn.
