Principal Systems Engineer - Test Lead RTX CorpPrincipal Systems Engineer - Test LeadAndover, MAQualifications You Must Have: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience Experience with systems engineering, system integration, system verification, and/or system test Experience managing cost, schedule and quality for technical projects Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain a Final Secret U.S. government issued security clearance after start. What You Will Do: Provides direction over the integration & test team supporting NASAMS contracts - includes the planning, development and review of test procedures, and execution of test events Identify resources required for execution of test events Responsible for partnering test and validation approach with program management and external customers International travel up to 20% including, but not limited to, travel to Norway for test Regular travel between Raytheon locations in Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire is required.
