The Program Manager, Training Academy and Technical Assistance, provides strategic leadership and oversight for the Center's Training Academy, a cross-cutting system supporting all initiatives, and for the Unlimited Potential Initiative program statewide technical assistance systems.

Write clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories and specifications that create clarity on the product's goals, features, user needs, and success criteria, ensuring alignment across design, engineering, marketing, and other teams throughout the development process. The Product Manager will directly manage a team of Product Owners, while partnering with stakeholders, engineers, designers, data scientists and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable solutions.
