li>Work collaboratively with district staff and departments, provide training and support on systems including Munis, COMMBUYS, payroll, rentals, invoicing, and related administrative functions, maintain confidentiality in all business matters, and perform other duties as assigned by the Superintendent, Chief Operating Officer, Director of Facilities, Assistant Director of Facilities, or their designee. As a highly organized, discreet, and professional leader, the Zone Manager coordinates sensitive communications, collaborates with multiple stakeholders, ensures the efficient operation of the Facilities Department, and recognizes that responsibilities and conduct are not limited to prescribed hours, requiring the time, effort, and commitment necessary to effectively achieve the goals and mission of Lawrence Public Schools.
