The requirement encompasses 24/7 operations and maintenance of complex building systems; preventive and corrective maintenance; alterations and repairs of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and control systems; facility help desk operations; environmental compliance; safety and security systems support; and on-demand construction and repair services necessary to ensure uninterrupted facility performance and regulatory compliance across a multi-building, high-security federal research environment.
