li>Skills in vehicle electronics and vehicle construction sufficient to allow the safe and efficient integration and maintenance of non-OEM equipment and systems in various types/models of light, medium, heavy-duty vehicles and specialized equipment such as dozers, snow blowers, stripers, loaders, tractors without damaging or debilitating OEM systems or creating safety hazards. This position provides oversight and expert systems support for emergency communications infrastructure in WYDOT District 5, including radio communications, telephone, and data wiring, and wireless Ethernet and WIFI to roadside essential to the mission of law enforcement and other public safety agencies to ensure the safety of the traveling public.
