The Fiber Systems Support Senior Technician is responsible for monitoring and maintaining all network systems and services, including but not limited to Internet, Email, Hosted Wi-Fi, Telephone, and Video. The Fiber Systems Support Senior Technician will constantly strive to improve EPB's operations by identifying ways to improve systems and processes used to monitor and provision network elements and serve customers. Job Description: The manager will ensure the seamless integration of both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. The manager will assist the General Manager or Assistant General Manager with planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and delegating responsibilities to hourly employees.
