First, buildout: partnering with the VP to manage tenant improvements, permitting, the general contractor, engineering, infrastructure, and site activation to a hard readiness date, then handing a custom-fit, systems-live facility to the Director of Program Operations and Director of Warehousing Operations to operationalize.
