Power Integrity Engineer Amphenol Communications SolutionsPower Integrity EngineerPAQUALIFICATIONS: Required: Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Masters preferred) 3+ years of experience in power integrity, signal integrity, or hardware design Hands-on experience with PDN simulation tools (examples: Keysight PIPro, ANSYS Q3D, HFSS, and SIwave, Cadence Sigrity PowerSI, etc.) Experience with SPICE simulation and transient load modeling Strong understanding of PDN impedance, VRM behavior, and decoupling network design Proficiency in PCB stack-up design, power plane resonance control, and capacitor optimization Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills. Preferred: Familiarity with high-speed digital systems (SerDes, DDR, PCIe) Knowledge of EMI/EMC compliance testing and mitigation techniques Background in scripting or automation (MATLAB, Python) for data analysis Experience with lab instrumentation: VNAs, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers.
