p>Qualifications We Prefer: • Experience in test methodology within sensors to include optical performance, analysis, and test verification for EO/IR Focal Plane Array sensor systems and/or relatable experience in development and/or production program • Developing and/or executing factory test plans, procedures, and equipment to support an EO/IR Focal Plane Array sensor system and ROICs • Prior experience with ROIC wafer probing, fabrication, integration, verification, and validation for a complex EO/IR system • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) and be able to effectively communicate with Test Management, IPT leaders, hardware and software development engineers, specialty engineers, program managers, and customers • Experience with use of basic laboratory equipment; power supplies, oscilloscopes, digital voltmeters. • Experience in airborne and/or space EO/IR system test • Experience in integration verification, validation testing and/or product transition to production • Experience with integrating firmware, software and hardware • Experience with programming in LABVIEW and/or MATLAB • Ability to work a fixed 3rd-shift schedule (start times between 10:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m.).
