Leidos Digital Modernization is seeking a skilled SCCM/Windows Systems Administrator to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) National Digital Exploitation & OSINT Center (NDOC) IT Operations and Maintenance (O&M) program.
p>Preferred Qualifications: - The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, a Security+ CE, MCSE (or similar Microsoft cert), and 6 years of Windows Server, VMWare, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Group Policy administration experience within classified environments.
- Candidates must meet the U.S. Government 8140 baseline certification requirements (8570 equivalent) for a Principal Computer Systems Analyst - IAT Level II (examples: Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, CND, CySA+ , RHCSA).
Request and Reporting System requests; verify accesses; obtain approvals, and serve as a liaison between users and other support offices to resolve/fulfill IT and access administration problems/requirements). Coordinate projects with appropriate service proviclers and customers, identify/resolve project issues, and keep customers/project team members informed of projects' statuses.
This includes responding appropriately to alerts and events and responding to incidents from triage through resolution, including escalations, where appropriate; conducting infrastructure repairs, including directing remote activities to maintain operational effectiveness for services; providing root cause analysis documentation in accordance with Government procedures, and documenting daily shift activities in appropriate reporting and ticketing tools and ensure proper pass down of any outstanding issues. Database & SQL Certification/Training: Completed training or certification in database programming or SQL querying, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate (DP-300), Oracle Database SQL Certified Associate, or equivalent structured coursework.
