What You'll Be Responsible For:Lead month‑end close activities, including reconciliations, accruals, prepaid expenses, investments, and capitalized project costsManage intercompany accounting activities, including funding transactions, eliminations, transfer pricing execution, and global entity supportSupport foreign currency accounting, including remeasurement, translation, and revaluation adjustmentsExecute and support the global consolidation process across a complex multi‑entity structurePrepare and maintain quarterly and annual financial statements, disclosures, and supporting schedulesEnsure accuracy and integrity of balance sheet accounts while maintaining SOX complianceSupport systems optimization, automation initiatives, and ERP enhancement projectsPartner closely with FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Procurement, and operational teams to improve reporting and forecasting accuracyAssist with technical accounting research, process redesigns, and special projectsDrive operational excellence by identifying root causes, resolving accounting issues, and implementing scalable controlsWho You Are:Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA preferred7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public company and multi‑entity environmentsStrong knowledge of US GAAPStrong understanding of month‑end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and SOX controlsExperience with intercompany accounting, global consolidations, and financial statement preparation is a plusProven ability to prepare and review financial statement disclosures and footnotesAdvanced ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar) and close management tools (FloQast, BlackLine, etc.)Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and process improvement skillsEffective communicator who thrives in cross‑functional, fast‑paced environmentsBig 4 public accounting experience strongly preferredWhat We Offer:The base salary range for this role is $98,000 to $130,000.
